Run Out Your Stress by YoNaturals Business Franchise
Author: Jessica Vachal
Americans have a lot of stress in their lives, this is a known fact, and YoNaturals is a business that understands this. We’re seen as one of the most stressed-out countries, in fact, with many medical problems stemming from such an intense lifestyle, ranging from muscle tension to heart attacks and everything in between. There are theories and techniques to lower stress ranging from medicines to counseling, deep breathing to personal mantras. However, one of the easiest – and perhaps cheapest – ways to relieve stress is to exercise.
It may seem ridiculous to go out in public to exercise when the stress is so intense that all you want to do is sit down and cry. However, it is a very real fact that the emotions and stress that we have stored up within our bodies needs a way to escape, it needs to be let out if we are to free ourselves of all the anguish, both mental and physical, that our busy and stressful lifestyles create. That desire to cry is a manifestation of all the pent-up emotions and stresses struggling to get out of our bodies and our heads.
A healthy way to relieve that stress – that will benefit our bodies in the long-term much more than crying or throwing a fit will – is to exercise. That’s right, giving your body a physically demanding way to relieve the stress of a day of work, a tough discussion or a fight, can work wonders on both your physical self and your mental state. From something as simple as a brisk walk around the neighborhood all the way up to a kick-boxing or martial arts class that allows you to literally punch and kick away your stress, just putting your body to work can do wonders to alleviating your angst and clearing your mind.
As an added bonus, regular exercise has the great bonus effect of keeping you centered and calm more regularly, making those days of near-breakdown fewer and further between. Of course this does not mean that you will never have a stressful day again, and it does not mean that you will not have those days when you’ll want to curl up in bed and have a good cry. Try having a YoNaturals franchise; now THAT business is stressful!
Maybe after that cry, or even before it if you’re feeling very proactive, you can go for that run or grab your bike and hit the road. You can rest assured that you will feel infinitely better after your time spent exercising, and you’ll have the energy and the peace of mind to take on those things that previously stressed you out.

Author: Carol Stack
It is more important today than ever before to purchase organic foods. Organic fruits, vegetables, meat and dairy products do not have the toxins that inorganic foods have.
With the large amounts of toxins in the inorganic foods we eat, we all need to eat organic whenever possible. Every time that you choose conventionally farmed foods or processed foods over organic, you are increasing your cumulative exposure to chemicals and raising your risk of disease.
For example, consider the differences between regular dairy cows and cows at an organic dairy farm. The cows at a regular dairy are given hormone shots, antibiotics, and live in very poor conditions. The average lifespan of a dairy cow is about seven or eight years compared to the lifespan of 16 years for a cow that is well-cared for.
Cows at an organic dairy are not given any hormone shots or any antibiotics. They are allowed to graze on grassy pastures. They therefore give milk that is not tainted with chemicals, hormones and infections.
By eating organic produce, meats and dairy, you are saving your body from the toxins found in the inorganic produce, meat and dairy. Research has shown that children who regularly eat organic foods have lower levels of toxic chemicals in their bodies than those who only eat conventional foods. Those toxins build up in our systems and can cause a variety of diseases.
Farmers, dairies, and processing plants that use the label “organic” have followed certain criteria prescribed by the government. Only those food items that are truly organic can be labeled as such. By purchasing organic items you can be assured that care has been taken to ensure there are no chemicals or other toxins in the food.
Most commercial meats including pork and beef, unless organic, contain antibiotics, hormones and too many polyunsaturated fats. Therefore, they should all be avoided. The cleanest food is organic food, period.
Of all the meats, it is most important to get organic chicken. Chickens are the most intensely farmed meats and are therefore given chemicals to make them grow faster and bigger. Good organic chicken is full of iron, zinc and vitamin B12, vitamins and minerals that are very important to good health.
One of the best things you can do for your body is to eat at least twelve servings of fresh, organic fruits and vegetables every single day. By eating the certified organic versions of these foods you will benefit from their energy-boosting power even more than eating inorganic.
Studies done on organic produce versus inorganic have shown that organic vegetables contain significantly increased amounts of vitamins and minerals when compared to inorganic produce. Therefore, you can eat smaller servings and still get much more of the vitamins and minerals you need each day than if you ate inorganic.
Today the variety of organic food is astounding. A partial list of organic foods available includes oats, butter, eggs, wheat flour, sugar, milk, meats, and many fruits and vegetables.
For people who enjoy a little dessert, there’s nothing unhealthy about a cake made with whole wheat flour, organic butter, free-range eggs - as long as you don’t eat the lot at one sitting. Choose organic when you can for ingredients such as sugar, flour, oats, fruits including candied and dried fruits, milk, eggs, and butter.
Organic items often cost more, but the costs of not eating organic can be even bigger as you will likely have higher healthcare bills and a lifetime of disease and illness.
Organic foods – care about what you eat
Author: Ken Wilson
Nowadays, a subject that it is raising a lot of controversy is organic foods. The debate is about what can be considered organic and what not. Some sustain the idea that organic foods are the foods which are grown naturally with no pesticides or artificially modified seeds. For others, organic has a deeper meaning, and even foods that are called organic are actually not like that.
Let’s take as an example the pure raw honey. It comes from bees which are producing it naturally, but the plants that they get their pollen from might not be. So, do we consider raw honey organic food or not? We cannot confine bees and keep them in an artificial environment because it will be again disputed if the raw honey is organic or not. For this reason, it has been decided that honey is an organic product and it is healthy for humans to eat.
Although raw honey is healthier than sugar, there is a very inaccurate conception that it has less calories than sugar or that you won’t put on wait if you use it instead of sugar. Honey used in excess will affect you in the same way sugar does. However, it is a bit safer because it’s an untransformed product. We might not be able to call products which are grown without fertilizers complete organic foods, but this is the best that we can do at this moment.
Most people are aware of the benefits of honey over the human body, particularly during time intervals when it’s affected by the common cold or by flu. Combined with lemon, it has a benefic effect on the throat and it usually helps in the healing of sore throats faster than drugs. Producers have always tried to improve the public face of organic foods, and make them seem more down to earth and not just an abstract concept. People need to understand that when they go shopping they have a choice: a product which is grown with fertilizers and is usually big, sparkling and tastes artificial or a natural grown product, which might not be as beautiful as the first choice, but definitely tastes better and is healthier.
An old saying says that clothes do not make the human that wears them, but the man is the one that makes the clothes. With a turn of interpretation, this should apply in our situation as well. The fact that a product looks perfect and attracts our attention shouldn’t stop us from being impartial and think of our stomachs first and not our eyes. Everybody knows it is easier to eat food that looks good, but sometimes we should try to think what its effect would be on our organisms. Well, we get the nutrients we need, and compared to what is available on the market, is it the best option?
People that started to wonder about the way they eat and what they eat have started gathering this information and make it available to everybody who is interested, on websites, such as here, on rawbakery.com. Some producers have even specialized in producing only organic foods, and try to improve the quality of their products every day, so that they should offer the best and healthiest products.
Taking things step by step, trying to understand first why we need to change the way we eat, and then just taking the necessary actions is the best way to fight against the world trend of not carrying what and how we eat and in what quantities. The number of obese people is growing at an alarming rate, especially children, and this should be considered enough to try and educate people on how to keep their body and minds healthy and strong.
